Despite the late release of the RAKCHHAM movie in June 2022, still a bunch of international climbers from Spain, Columbia, Germany, Austria and Denmark visited Rakchham this saison. They have been overwhelmed by the beauty & quality of the place and some already made their booking for 2023. The weather this season has been great for most of the time with only some rainy days around mid September. Afterwards, we had three months of blue sky.
Our four team members Avishek Negi, Manisch Kumar, Neeraj Thakur & Rajnish have been busy bouldering and training after the harvest season and took part on their first climbing competition in Manali at the end of the year. We also had two photo shootings together with Anshul Shyam. Some pics we can already show you 🙂
We also got some different donations from Germany, Switzerland & Austria. Altogether we got 600,- euros of income, which we put in our RMAC account. With parts of the money we will support our four crew members for the second „Mountain Course“ in June 2023 and the club also needs a „finger training board“ to get stronger.
